In this episode of As It Turned Out, I sit down with Don Hazell: a CU Boulder alum, Rally Software co-founder, and mentor whose career has been shaped by curiosity, community, and helping others succeed.

From changing majors to helping build a Boulder startup into a public company, we talk about the decisions that shaped Don’s journey, what it means to lead by supporting others, and why your twenties are a time to try things—not have your whole career figured out.

Because nothing ever turns out how we expected.
